The first photo was taken in Lacock - it was a window in Lacock Abby.
A small dog (can't remember the kind) would run in here to turn the spit (?) in the fire to cook the meat.
And then to Bath:
I didn't have time to visit the Jane Austen Centre but at least I did have time to shop the gift shop!
I loved the name of this restaurant - The Hole in the Wall. Awesome.
Who else sees this sign and thinks "May the schwartz be with you"?
