{Here} - There's a lot of old buildings in the "center of town." Stores occupy the old buildings and make use of the space instead of tearing it down and rebuilding a new up-to-date building/store.
{There} - The capital building is the center of town and not to many blocks away is the mall.

I love all the old buildings, they recycle them instead of tearing them down.
It is so funny how different every place is. I'm always amazed how different it is from state to state....I can't imagine from country to country!
