Several years ago we had a family trip to Seattle and after visiting Pike's Market we stopped by Seattle's Best Coffee and had an amazing peppermint hot chocolate.I forgot all about this drink until Laura reminded me at Border's. It was late, cold, and Laura wanted the yummy drink.
We explained the drink to the lady and she made it for us (wasn't she awesome?!)
This is the best hot chocolate EVER!

I remember that hot chocolate. It was wonderful. Next time bring me over a cup of that yummy stuff. Mmmm.
