Yay for Photoshop and New Orleans

So I've spent several hours the past couple of days doing post-production on some of my favorite New Orleans pictures.

I know I have a tattoo to finish for my friend.  I know I'm supposed to sew pj pants as a thank you for all of the free fabric I was given.  I know that I need to sew my cute adorable nieces some holiday skirts.  I know I need to sew the dresses I'm designing for New Year's Eve for me and my friends.  I know I have Christmas presents to make.  I know.

But there are just times that I want to work in Photoshop and get some post-production done.  For crying out loud I was in New Orleans in March.  Yes that's right March.  (So good luck getting those pj pants before you go back to school.  Haha!  ....just kidding.... sort of.)  I went for my birthday because it was a place that I've always wanted to visit.  And I had to / wanted to go somewhere because it was an important birthday and I wanted to celebrate it away from home.

Three of my dear dear friends met up with my sister and I and we had a blast.  I'll be posting pictures of us having fun in a different post.  This post has some of my favorite pictures that I took which I did some experimental post-production on.  (Ok, not all of it was experimental.)

We were there the weekend after Mardi Gras and as yoiu can see the evidence was still around.

Hope you enjoyed New Orleans from my eyes.  I want to go back....

How many times can I say it...you are amazing..your photos are awesome!
and you forgot you need to sew some PJ's pants for your newly found cousin's kids!
I am so afraid to go to New Orleans and not see all that you see, I may be disappointed.
