I was frustrated...

There was an issue with AT&T, they said I couldn't cancel my service on 8/10. Instead of finding out why or if 8/9 would work I'm just told no it has to be 9/10. Really?

That didn't sit well with me I have a tight budget and they should be able to do it. I need to make my last phone payment in September and I'm told no. Really? I went to the "corporate" store to talk to them because it made no sense. And as I drive down there I'm all worked up but when I start talking to the guy and explaining it I got all teary-eyed. LOL darn you nerves and tear-ducts!

The people at the stores are amazing and know what customer service is. The people on the phones, not so much. The guy didn't know why they "couldn't" cancel, no error came up for him. So instead I cancelled my phone right away. My final bill is going to be pro-rated and AT&T will lose like $10, haha... take that AT&T! The guy that helped me was Irish and we discussed me moving to "his neck of the woods" and he asked me to wave to Ireland when I fly over it, will do great AT&T employee. Will do.

I've been looking at flats in Glasgow and I've found one that the wonderful Mary is going to contact for me. She's been making this move so easy!

Now I'm working on getting all of my stuff organized and up for sell. I get easily distracted so it's taking awhile :-) But I'll get to it.... eventually.

I really don't like phone customer service either ~ very frustrating! Glad you got your problem taken care of!

Curses at&t, curses! (I'm shaking my fist in the air). Glad you were able to get it closed ok. He was your lucky lepricon.
