My list...

I will only be in Oregon for a month & a half or two months and there are things I haven't seen / done in Oregon. I have things to see and moving things to do. There's a lot to get done and little time to do it....

So far I have on my list:

Silver Creek Falls. Yes I've lived in Salem for a VERY long time and have never seen Silver Creek Falls. I'm hoping to rectify that when Miriam comes and visits.

The Oregon Vortex. My parents and brothers have been there but not I. (photo by my dad)

Oktoberfest. I don't think I've ever been there. I've been to Mt. Angel before, but not for Oktoberfest. I need to make sure I make it this year.

Covered Bridges of Lane County. My sister, Laura, and I have talked about taking this photography drive for several years now and we haven't done it. We need to do it.

Whale Watching. I keep talking about needing to go whale watching off the coast... and I think September is a good month for that... I'll have to look into this.

Whale Watching in the San Juan Islands. This is actually Washington but close enough. I seriously doubt this one will happen, but orcas!

Can you think of anything else I need to do / see in Oregon before I move?

There's so many beautiful things to see in Oregon, it will take some time to get through the list.

I know technically it's in Washington, but I think you need to add "find field where they filmed the Twilight baseball scene to your list!" I think your list is great ~ it's always difficult to fit everything in that you miss while you're "living" somewhere.....I guess one needs to take a vacation to see where they are "living." I know I do and have done so in the past in places I've lived.

GREAT list Stephanie! You gave me some great ideas to do with my family as well. I'm hoping some of the photos you take from these adventures will make it on your blog ;)
