So ridiculous, yet so funny....

Yesterday morning was so ridiculous that all I could do was laugh at it.

My Sunday bus comes around the corner before I could get there. After waiting an hour to catch the next one I race to the stop to catch my 2nd bus, but it comes while I wait to cross the street. (There was traffic so I couldn't jaywalk.) Luckily this bus runs every 30 mins, but it was 15 mins late. So I ended up making it to less than half of church.

It was not my day. It was so ridiculous that it was funny.

The rest of the day was awesome. The part of church that I attended was great. A couple of days ago Shona invited me to a dinner in Glasgow that is for YSA but not really YSA. (YSA = Young Single Adults Age 18-30, I'm a wee bit too old for YSA so I don't go to their activities) The lady was making Chinese food because of Chinese New Year. OH. MY. GOODNESS. It was SO Yummy!

I had a great time! Blair (she's in ward) and I rode the same train from Glasgow to Hamilton where we'd go our separate ways to get home. Do you know what that means? I had a conversation on the train with someone besides myself! Hahaha

OMG isn't it funny how things can just not work but somehow things are smoothed out in the end?? Very lucky people experience this...^_* or CAN by the end of the day! OOH and chinese food sounds so YUMMY!

(sigh) I wish I was Chinese ....

What a day! Kuddos to your great attitude! :-)

Yay for Blair and an awesome train conversation!

PS - I still think you should secretly video yourself talking to strangers on the train like they are your best friend.

What an adventure you had Sunday, it's good to laugh at the irony of it. Otherwise it would be upsetting and that doesn't help at all. Love you!!

I'm glad it all worked out in the end and that you're able to find humor in things!
