After doing the first day's push-ups I thought that was nothing. Then the next day I was really sore! Still sore on day 2 and I had doubts that day 2 would be easy. But it actually was! The first set was hard to get through, but after that the other sets were easy. And I haven't been sore since! (but we'll see if that keeps up as the number of push-ups keeps increasing....)
I'm starting out with the "girly" push-ups but the challenge is to do 100 proper form push-ups, so every test day is done with the proper form. Depending how I do at the next test day I may continue girly push-ups for a wee bit or start doing the proper form.
Laura~ you said you wanted a challenge for the new year, you should do this with me! I know you have a busy schedule but seriously it doesn't take long AT ALL. You know you want to....
